Refund policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Retuns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The return must be made with a tracked service and at your own cost.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund* to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*the original shipping costs will be deducted

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.

 

Exceptions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or custom-made items, are exempt from being returned/exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
