SHIPPING TIME

Orders will be dispatched within 3-5 working days after purchase unless specified in the item description

 

DELIVERY TIME

Belgium : 1-2 working days

France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg : 3-5 working days

UK/non-EU Europe : 1-2 weeks

US : 2-3 weeks

Rest of the world : 2-3 weeks

*the length shown remain at most as an indication for normal times. It could be different depending on the situation at the point of the shipment such as weather, holiday seasons and other factors that can cause delay (ex, carrier's strike, political conflict etc).

*Express shipping is available with an additional fee at the checkout. 

 

Orders are shipped with either bpost, Deutsche Post or Post NL for standard shipping and with UPS or SHL for express shipping. We are not responsible for items being lost in shipment, nor when items are delivered via tracking but item is not found by the recipient. Please note with international orders your purchase may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes that you will need to pay upon receiving your order. We are not responsible for any fees concerning customs, duties, or taxes with any purchase.* Once the item has left our facility, it is in the hands of bpost/Deutsche Post/Post NL/UPS/DHL and all following action will need to be taken with them until it enters to your country and afterword with your local postal service. If for any reason a package is returned to our facility (incorrect address/unclaimed, etc) the shipping fee will have to be paid again in order to get the package sent out again. 

*for US orders, currently duties/taxs are collected at the checkout thus no extra cost upon receiving. This may change later as the EU postal system adjust to US tariff situations.
